Joseph K. Curran, Jr. is an experienced litigation attorney focusing on Massachusetts personal injury law, construction law and real estate law. Attorney Curran’s practice initially focused on representing individuals and business involved in complex construction disputes and construction related accidents. Attorney Curran now puts to use the experience he has gained in handling complex litigation and insurance matters to help personal injury clients throughout Massachusetts that have been injured as a result of an auto, motorcycle or truck accident, or by medical malpractice, construction site accidents, or by other means.

Attorney Curran is aware that each case requires a personal, hand-on approach and is ready to pursue either the amicable settlement or the aggressive court battle. Joseph grew up on the South Shore where he continues to reside with his Wife and two children. Joseph is also a regular participant in the Pan-Mass Challenge which raises money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through an annual 2 day bicycling event that crosses the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
